Ingredients
- 3/4 pounds cayenne peppers
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 6 cups sugar
- 6 oz liquid pectin
Preparation
Step 1
Wash peppers and cut off stems.
Step 2
Puree peppers with 1 cup vinegar.
Step 3
in large sauce pan combine puree, 1 cup vinegar, and sugar. Boil 10 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in liquid pectin. Boil 1 minute.
Step 5
Ladle into hot jars. Process 10 minutes
