4 cups sliced and peeled peaches
1 package powdered pectin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
7 cups sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine peaches, pectin, and lemon juice. Boil.
Step 2
Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Return to boil. Boil hard 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Ladle into hot jars and process 10 minutes.
