Ingredients
- 15 oz roasted red peppers
- 1 small peeled clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Drain peppers. Lay them flat and pat dry them. remove blackened skin.
Step 2
Add all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Step 3
Place dip in serving dish. Chill for 1 hour
