Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. For thicker batter use 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon oil, and 2 eggs.
Step 2
Place whatever you want to fry in the batter. Coating it generously.
Step 3
Add to hot oil and take it out when it floats or is a rich brown.
