Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of corn oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp. of soda
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1 cup of grated carrots
- 1/2 cup of boiled raisins

Step 1
beat eggs,add sugar and oil and mix well
add vanilla
measure and sift together flour,soda,salt and cinnamon
add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk,than add carrots and raisins
bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour
