Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Salt
- 2 TSP Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 3 Cups Grated Carrots
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- ICING
- 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Box Confectioners Sugar
- 1 TSP Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
Step 2
Add oil, blend by hand.
Step 3
Add beaten eggs and mix together.
Step 4
Add carrots and nuts.
Step 5
Bake @350° in a 9x13 pan for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Cream together butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar and ice cake when cool.
