Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, 2 potatoes, 1 pound ground beef, 1/2 cup uncooked rice, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can water, mixed with soup.
Preparation
Step 1
Place sliced onion and potato in a small greased roast pan. Then add a layer of uncooked beef. Spread rice over beef. Top with celery and pour the soup and water mixture over this. Bake at 350 degrees f. for 2 hours.
