Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 teaspoonsful dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- four chicken legs and 4 chicken thighs
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 3 tablespoon butter in baking dish.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients together and use to coat chicken.
Step 3
Place chicken in dish and dot with butter.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes then turn over.
Step 5
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
