Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 lb shrimp (70 count, cooked, peeled, deveined)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup coarsely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise, parsley, garlic and onion powder in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Add shrimp and Parmesan cheese to bowl and gently stir until completely mixed.
Step 3
Refrigerate
Step 4
Top cucumbers with shrimp when ready to serve.
