Ingredients
- 1) 1 Egg
- 2) 1 tbsp of Water
- 3) 1 tbsp of Butter
- 4) 1 tbsp of Oil
- 5) 1 Chopped Onion
- 6) 2 Cups of Cooked White Rice
- 7) 2 tbsp of Soya Sauce
- 8) 1 tsp of Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the egg with water.
Step 2
Melt the butter and add the egg to it.
Step 3
Heat some oil, add onions and sautee it.
Step 4
Add rice, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Step 5
Stir fry for 5 minutes and then stir in the egg.
Step 6
