Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated CARROTS
  • 4 EGGS (unbeaten)
  • 2 cups SUGAR
  • 1-1/4 sips SALAD OIL
  • 2 tsp. SODA
  • 1/2 tsp. SALT
  • 2 cups FLOUR
  • 2 tsp. CINNAMON
  • 1 tsp. VANILLA
  • 1 cup CHOPPED NUTS

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350* F.

Step 2

Combine first 4 ingredients and beat for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add next 5 ingredients and beat well.

Step 4

Bake 40-45 minutes in 350* oven, until tester come out clean.

Step 5

Let cool and spread with CREAM CHEESE ICING.
