Ingredients
- 1 pork loin
- 2 cups water & Bovril
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp water
- Montreal Steak spice
- Real Garlic gloves chopped up
- Dash lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute meat with spices, garlic and salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add orange juice, mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice. Simmer 15-20 min.
Step 3
Put in oven @300 for 45 min
Step 4
Then make gravy with cornstarch and water.
