Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour,salt,and baking powder.
Step 2
Add oil and mix with fingers until looks like fine crumbs.
Step 3
Add hot water and mix until dough forms a ball.
Step 4
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 min.
Step 5
Divide into 12 balls and roll out on floured surface.
Step 6
Cook on hot ungreased pan over medium high heat.
Step 7
Turn tortilla when brown blisters for on the first side.
