Ingredients
- 1 frozen roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Beef Bouillon
- Mushrooms
- 3/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
In a crock pot, place frozen roast and about 3/4 inch water. Put on lid and set on low. Cook overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, add salt and pepper.
For deer: (optional for beef)
Add mushrooms. If canned, drain the juice. Dilute beef bouillon in water and add.
Step 3
Simmer on low until about 3 or 4pm.
