Ingredients

  • 5 packages Jello (4 serving size - all different colors)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • Boiling water
  • Jello mold container

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve 1 package Jello in 1 1/4 cups boiling water.

Step 2

Pour 3/4 cup of the Jello into into the mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Chill remaining Jello in bowl until slightly thickened. Blend in 3 tbsps yogurt. Spoon over Jello already in mold.

Step 4

Chill until set but not firm, about 20 minutes.

Step 5

Repeat with the remaining colors.

Step 6

Chill until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.

Loosen the Jello by warming the outside of the mold with your hands or carefully dip container in warm water briefly.
