Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 whole chicken wings
- 1 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce of choice
- 2 T butter
- oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
whisk together the egg and milk in a medium bowl. in a separate medium bowl whisk together the flour, salt and pepper. preheat oil to 350F
Step 2
Cut the wings into a drumstick and a wing section. dip wings into egg mixture then into flour, shaking off excess flour. fry wings in preheated oil 5-10 minutes flipping if needed.
Step 3
Drain wings on paper towels. Cool slightly. Meanwhile heat wing sauce in a small pan with butter. Stir until butter is completely melted and stirred in. Toss wings in a large bowl with wing sauce. Serve hot.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
