Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 skinless chicken breast cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
stir together the soup, water rice, vegetables and onion powder in a casserole dish. Top with chicken and cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 375F foe 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more until bubbly and cheese is completely melted.
