Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 6 oz container 99% Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray (a pie pan also works). Mix sugar, yogurt, oil, vanilla, and egg whites. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
