Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 pkgs. Lipton Rice & Sauce (any flavor)
- 1 lg. can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
Step 1
Cook instant rice as directed.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
Spread cooked rice across bottom of pan. Rinse off chicken thighs and place them on top of the rice. Pour cream of mushroom over the chicken.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
