Ingredients
- 500 ml flour
- 10 ml baking powder
- 30 ml sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 ml vanilla (optional)
- 2 ml salt
- 250 ml grated cheese (cheddar or any hard cheese of your choice)
- 250 ml milk
- 30 ml vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 200 c
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl making a well in the dry ingredients
Add cheese
Step 2
Combine milk egg oil and vanilla in a small bowl
Add liquid ingredients to the dry mixture
Stir only until the dry ingredients are dampened (the batter will be slightly lumpy)
Step 3
Place batter in greased muffin tin (or use paper muffin cups) filling 2/3 full
Step 4
Bake at 200 c for approximately 20 - 25 minutes

- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
