Ingredients
- SINGLE
- 1 c Flour
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/4 c PLUS 2 T Shortening
- 2-3 T COLD Water
- DOUBLE
- 2 c Flour
- 1 t Salt
- 3/4 c Shortening
- 5-6 T COLD Water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients
Step 2
Cut in shortening.
Step 3
Add COLD water 1 T at a time.
Step 4
Chill one hour.
To Pre-Bake: Line crust with foil or parchment. Fill with dry beans. Bake 15 minutes at 425 or until golden
