Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Banana fruit - 1 number
- Oil to roast - 1 cup
- Elachi - 1 Teaspoon
Preparation
Step 1
Soak rice for 30 minutes. Drain water and grind to a smooth batter.
Step 2
Cut banana to big pieces. Add to the ground mixture and grind again to a watery batter.
Step 3
Add jaggery and grind again. Finally add elaichi.
Step 4
Deep fry it oil. Serve hot.
