- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 ripe bananas

Preparation
Step 1
Mash bananas in a bowl. Add in all wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined
Step 4
Heat and grease a frying pan. Fry the pancakes until done. Enjoy!
They freeze very well so I make them in bulk and store them in the freezer to defrost when needed
