Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red chili
- 3 scallions
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1 large tomatoe
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 pound of shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat large pan over med-high heat
Step 2
Add oil to pan
Step 3
Add chilies, garlic and cook for 30 seconds
Step 4
Add shrimp and season with a bit of salt, toss to coat with chillies and garlic, add white wine
Step 5
Simmer and reduce for 1 minute
Step 6
Add tomatoes and scallions with a pinch of salt, 1/2 basil, toss and cook for 1 minute
Step 7
Add al dente pasta to sauce, zest 1/2 lemon rind over pasta, slice lemon and squeeze a bit of the juice on top, toss
Served best with Salad and Garlic bread
