Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2c graham cracker crumbs
- 2T sugar
- 1t flour
- 1/4c melted butter
- FILLING
- 4 8oz cream cheese
- 1c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2t vanilla
- TOPPING
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3/4t vanilla
- 3/4c sugar
- 1/2t lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix crust and pack on bottom of spring form pan. Bake 5 minutes then COOL OVEN.
Step 2
Mix filling and pour over crust. Place in cold oven and turn on to 350* and bake for 30 minutes from the time you put it in.
Step 3
Mix topping and pour over baked cheesecake. Bake 8-10 minutes longer.
