Ingredients
- 1 Stick of margarine cut in pieces
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered sugar
- 2 16 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 cans Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 small package Vanilla instant pudding

Preparation
Step 1
1st Mixture: Crust
1 Stick of margarine cut in pieces
1 Cup Flour
½ cup chopped pecans
Mix and cook until brown and let cool completely
Step 2
2nd Mixture:
8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered sugar
16 ounces Cool Whip
Whip together and spread over cooled crust
Step 3
3rd Mixture:
2 cans Cherry Pie Filling
Open cans and spread over previous layer
Step 4
4th Mixture
1 small package Vanilla instant pudding
Mix pudding per package instructions and pour over cherries
Step 5
5th Mixture
16 ounce Cool Whip
½ cup chopped pecans
Put cool whip over top then add ½ cup chopped pecans and refrigerate.

Chef Tips and Tricks
These salted caramel thumbprint cookies are easy to make and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup / 50g of softened butter
- 1 egg (divide the yolk and white)
- 1/4 cup / 50g of sugar
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup / 150g of flour
- 1 cup / 100g of chopped nuts
- Salted caramel
- Melted dark chocolate
METHOD:

In a bowl, mix together the butter, egg yolk, sugar, and salt.

Add the flour and mix. Roll into a ball.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator. Divide the dough and roll into 1-inch balls.

Dip each ball in egg yolk, and then roll in chopped nuts.

Place on baking sheet (lined with parchment paper), and press your thumb into the center.

Bake at 340°F/170°C for 12 minutes, or until golden.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Pour the salted caramel into the center groove,and drizzle with dark chocolate.
