Ingredients
- 8 oz Buddig corned beef coarsely chopped
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- pumpernickel cocktail bread
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare your crock pot for use
Coarsely chop the corned beef
Drain the sauerkraut
Step 2
Mix the first 6 ingredients in 1-1/2 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for three to four hours. Serve with pumpernickel cocktail bread. Makes about 4 cups.
It's also good with rye bread.
