Ingredients
- Wheat rawa 1 cup
- Jaggery 1 cup
- Ghee 1/4 cup
- Water 3 cups
Preparation
Step 1
Dry roast wheat rawa.
Step 2
Bring water to boil and add roasted rawa. cook till it becomes tender
Step 3
Add jaggery and stir constantly till all water evaporates
Step 4
Add ghee and elachi. mix well and serve
instead of wheat rawa, semiya or aval can be used with same quantity to make semiya kesari or aval kesari
