- 1/2c non fat cottage cheese
- 1/8c raisins
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice (I use agave syrup)
- 1-3 Tbs water

Step 1
Cook raisins until plump in the water
Add cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon & sweetener to blender.
Blend well using water from raisins to make it the consistency you enjoy.
Add raisins after mixing is done & enjoy!

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
