Ingredients
- 2 cups milk or 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup ice
- 1 banana cut in half
- 1/2 avocado pitted and peeled
- 1 cup green apple cored and chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 Tbsp honey
Preparation
Step 1
Blend milk or almond milk and ice, banana, avocado, apple, spinach, flax seed and honey in blender until smooth.
