Ingredients
- 4 chops
- parsley
- basil
- thyme
- tarragon
- 1 cube or 1/2 teaspoon bullion
- 2/3 milk
- 2 tablespoons water or white wine
- 1/4 cup of cheese
Preparation
Step 1
cut off fat then brown the chops
Step 2
take them out of the pan and add bullion and seasonings then add cheese until the sauce has reached desired thickness
Step 3
add chops into sauce & cook with lid
