  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 250 millilitres (1 cup) fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 95 C (200 F).
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut bananas into a little more than 1/2-centimetre (1/4-inch) slices.
Dip slices in lemon juice, then place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake, turning over once, until golden brown and crispy, about 3 hours.
Optional: Drizzle chips with honey once out of oven.
