Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Wash kale thoroughly and dry completely with a paper towel (kale must be completely dry to cook properly). Remove stems and tear leaves into bite size pieces.
Step 3
Spread kale onto baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until well coated. Spread evenly over baking sheet so no pieces are overlapping.
Step 4
Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
