Ingredients
- 1kg chicken fillet-cubed
- 1 tsp green masala
- 1/2tsp ginger garlic
- 1tsp dhana jeeroo
- 1/2 tsp aminas wonder spice
- 1/2 tsp aminas tikka spice
- 1/2 tsp salt or to ur taste
- 1 tsp peri peri sauce
- 1/4 tsp arad
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- Green pepper cubed
- 1 onion cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken in all the spices, for a couple of hours, or even overnight.
Step 2
Heat butter in a pot. Add one medium sized onion thinly sliced. And allow it to braise. Once pink, add in the chicken and allow to cook thoroughly.
Step 3
Serve with a crispy salad, fried cubed potatoes and white rice!
