- 14 ounce Bow Tie Pasta
- - ¾ Cup Pesto
- - 1 Can Cream of Celery
- - 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- - ½ Cup Dry white wine
- - ½ Cup White Onion, Diced
- - ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- - 1/3 Cup Water
- - 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- - ½ Teaspoon Salt
- - ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- - ½ Teaspoon Basil
- - ½ Teaspoon Oregano

Step 1
In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat up olive oil. Add onion; reduce heat to low, and sauté for 10 minutes. Next, add all remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese. Continue to cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime, in a separate saucepan cook pasta according to package directions. Slowly add cheese to the sauce, and stir until combined and cheese has melted. Drain pasta, and add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture. Toss to completely coat. This recipe also goes well with adding peas, chicken, or bacon.
