Blinis (Thermomix recipe)

Ingredients

  • 10g butter
  • 70g self rising flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 90g sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter in the Thermomix bowl on Speed 4 for 20 seconds at 50 degrees.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients, mix on Speed 5 for 15 seconds or until it is very smooth.

Step 3

In a hot pan with a little bit of oil, add a small teaspoon of the dough. Cook through. Serve with sour cream or cottage cheese and smoked salmon.
