McCall's Best Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Crust:
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Filling:
- 3 pkgs cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- Topping:
- 2 cups dairy sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
Make Crust: In medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, and butter, mixing well
Step 3
Spread evenly over bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan, pressing lightly with finger tips. Refrigerate while filling is prepared
Step 4
Make Filling: In large bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed, beat cheese until light
Step 5
Add eggs, vanilla and sugar; continue beating until creamy and light
Step 6
Pour into crust in pan. Bake 35 minutes
Step 7
Meanwhile, make Topping; In medium bowl, with wooden spoon, beat together cream, sugar, and vanilla
Step 8
Remove cheesecake from oven. Spread topping evenly over surface; bake 5 minutes
Step 9
Cool in pan, on wire rack. Then refrigerate 5 hours, or overnight.
Step 10
To serve: Remove side of spring form pan. Cut cheesecake into wedges

Ingredients
- 12 strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese (1 package)
- 1/2 cup powedered sugar
- 4 small graham crackers
Method
- Hull the strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling.
- Smash the graham crackers and sprinkle on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
