Ingredients
- 2 kg prawns cleaned
- 4 – 6 ground green chillies
- 1 tsp rough red chillies
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 -3 tsp peri peri sauce
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 tblsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 tblsp butter
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the prawns in all the ingredients for a couple Of hour or overnight.
Step 2
Grill the prawns either on skewers on a grill or in the oven.
Step 3
Serve hot with lime wedges and salad
