Ingredients
- 2 Cups of matzah meal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 Cup of water
- 1/2 Cup of oil
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Bring oil and water to boil. Add to matzah meal and mix well
Step 2
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Step 3
Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes
Step 4
Oil hands, shape into rolls. Put on oiled sheet for 350F for 30 minutes
