Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- salt
- garlic
- freshly ground red chillies,
- 1 tsp chili powder
- sprinkle of mixed herbs
- Knorr Mozambican Peri-Peri sauce
- Supreme Foods Tikka Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, butterfly and dry the chicken.
Prick with a fork all over
Marinate with all the spices and sauces.
Step 2
Put chicken in an oven tray,
add strips of green and
red pepper, onion strips,
slices of lemon.
Cut 2 potatoes into wedges and put around chicken and grill with foil over until cooked.
Step 3
Make a sauce with Knorr Mozambican Peri-Peri sauce and Supreme Foods Tikka Sauce. Use generous amounts of sauce, throw ontop of chicken.
Step 4
Before serving, remove foil and grill chicken until brown. Enjoy!
