- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken breast into strips. Add mixture together
Step 2
Let sit in mixture for 30 mins-1 hour
Step 3
Cook chicken in skillet and vegetable oil. Fry on medium heat. Cook on one side about 15 mins then flip and cook the other side on med- low heat setting about 20 mins.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper seasoning while cooking in oil.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
