Ingredients
- 5 slices Tofu (extra firm, 2cm thick slices)
- 5 Scallions/spring onions/green onions (cut finger-size,
- separate white and green sections)
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic (roughly chopped)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut tofu into 2cm cubes. Fry the tofu in oil on both sides until golden brown. Remove and keep.
Step 2
Fry chopped garlic until crispy. Add oyster sauce and fry for 30 seconds. Add the fried tofu and mix.
Step 3
Add the white part of the scallions. Fry until med-soft. Add the green part of the scallions. Fry for another 30 seconds. Serve.
