Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb mince
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Pounded green chillies
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup fried onions
- 1 tbsp chopped dhania
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a chopper bowl.
Give it a few spins to mix it together.
Step 2
With oiled hands shape into small patties or oblong kabobs.
Step 3
Fry in shallow oil OR
baked on parchment paper, sprayed lightly with oil.
Step 4
Serve hot as desired.
