Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 drops Stevia liquid (or 1 tsp sugar)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Preparation
Step 1
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
Note: The longer the dressing sits, the better it tastes.
Step 2
WINTER VARIATION:
Instead of using lemon juice, use red wine vinegar and toss in a small garlic clove.
Caution: in this case, the longer it sits, the stronger the garlic flavour and it can get a bit overpowering.
The winter variation does not need to be refrigerated since you will not be using lemon juice. (Thanks to Dorie for this recipe.)
