Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 T A1 steak sauce
  • 1 T diced onion
  • 1 T seasoned salt
  • oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat saute pan to Medium.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a medium sized bowl. Form into 4 patties, handling the meat minimally. Brush both sides of the burgers with the oil.

Step 3

Place the patties in the pan and cook for 5 minutes per side, until well done. Do NOT mash the juices out.

I also fry up some bacon and add sliced cheese to top it off as a Bacon Cheeseburger.
