Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 slice of ham
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the carrots and potatoes in salted, boiling water for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 2
Once cooked, mash the potatoes and carrots using a potato masher (for older children) or a hand mixer/food processor for babies, until you have a smooth consistency.
Step 3
You can blend the ham with the potatoes and carrots for smaller babies, or cut it into small bite-size pieces for older ones.
