Ingredients
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1/2 bunch of round, pink radishes
- A pinch of salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and peel the carrots and radishes, then cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Put the butterfly whisk on the Thermomix, add the vegetables, salt and water.
Step 3
Set the program to 20 minutes/212 F/ Speed 1 reverse
Step 4
When the timer rings, take out the whisk and mix for 30 seconds on Speed 8.
