Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of white fish, tuna or salmon
- 1/2 of a fennel
- 1/2 of a small broccoli
- a teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the fennel and broccoli into small pieces. Steam along with the fish until everything is cooked, about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Once cooked, mix everything together using a hand mixer or food processor. Add the olive oil, mix again and serve warm.
