Ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven on broil.
Step 2
Cut your pepper in half, then deseed and remove the stem.
Step 3
Place the peppers face down on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the skin turns black.
Step 4
Take the peppers out of the oven and place them in a large plastic zip-lock bag.
Step 5
Once they cool, slip off the blackened skin.
Step 6
Toss the red peppers (not the skin) in a blender or food processor and puree it until it's the right consistency for your baby.
Step 7
Serve at room temperature or freeze it for later!
Mix this veggie with some spices or other veggies for extra flavor and nutritional value.
