Step 1
Combine green peas, basil and olive oil in bowl of food processor and pulse 8 to 10 times till mixture is smooth.
Step 2
Spread pea mixture evenly over toasted baguette slices.
Step 3
Top each slice with 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese and sprinkle evenly with black pepper.
